Digitalisation. Transformation.

Multinational Management Consultancy.

  • Project lead and overall management of a pioneering digitalisation and transformation project which changed the way of working for 3000 users and enabled digital collaboration.

  • The project scope comprised a new Intranet, digital handling of internal news, document and knowledge management system and changed business processes from manual to digital.

  • Project marketing in order to improve the acceptance of the solution. Workshops and demonstrations at all offices within Switzerland.
